Robert E. Dismukes -
Registered Forester, Sales Staff
After serving in the Army from
1969 to 1971 and finishing college in 1975, at
Auburn
University, Mr. Dismukes pursued a career in forestry that has lasted for over 26
years. Previous experience includes the
reclamation of mining sites, use and application
of herbicides, reforestation and silviculture
operations, land planning and management, as
well as the supervision of other professional
forestry staff. Mr. Dismukes started work with
the Alabama Forestry Commission, asa Management
Forester in 1977 and served as
County
Manager for
Baldwin County, Alabama until 1984. In 1984, he
was promoted to District Forester for the
Forestry Commission of District 7, and served
until reorganization in 199! In that year, Mr.
Dismukes was promoted to Regional Forester for
Southwest Alabama and retired in 2002.
Mr. Dismukes is a highly trained
and skilled forester that now serves on our
sales staff. He has the keen ability to work
well with clients, other professionals and takes
an active role in the management of the forestry
program for this firm.

Reforestation has always been a very
rewarding experience for us. Having
been in the planting field for almost
thirty years, we have had the
privilege of working in what we consider
to be one of the best vocations
out there.
Our Experiences in containerized hand
tree planting began over 20 years ago
involving the transplanting of over 20
million containerized seedling most of
which has been the long leaf pine
species.
Our relationship with Blanton' s
Longleaf Container Nursery began several
years ago through the actual planting of
their products. We appreciate this
relationship and admire their commitment
to progressive seedling improvement and
development with all their products. We
are pleased to announce our union with
Blanton's Longleaf Container Nursery as
sales representatives nationwide.
From our base in Florida we are also
committed to perpetuating that same care
and attention to all Blanton's Longleaf
Container Nursery customers. We believe
